What is DDOC about?
DreamStar Discount Online Counseling (DDOC) is a limitedd service provided through Dr. Gregory Sparrow's DreamStar Counseling and Supervision Practice.
DDOC has been created to serve two needs:
1) Non-insured clients who need affordable mental health services. Mental health treatment can be expensive, especially for those who, for a while, could benefit from regular services. Please note that if you have insurance, or if you are a currently a cash-pay client, you will not qualify for this limited program.
2) LPC-Associates who are receiving supervision from Dr. Sparrow. Some of our LPC-As work in schools, hospitals and agencies that prevent them seeing individuals, couples or families in outpatient settings. Consequently, they are motivated to accept a few private practice clients to diversify their counseling work and obtain supervision for a wider array of counseling issues.
If you are interested in applying for DDOC services, please go to our main website, review our list of participating LPC-As, and then complete the Client Intake Form. You will have an opportunity to designate your preferred choice of counselor in the intake process.
Then Julie, our Practice Manager, will contact you and help you connect with your counselor.
