Free Counseling with Graduate Students
DreamStar Free Online Counseling (DFOC) was created during the Pandemic by Dr. Sparrow to allow UTRGV graduate students to accrue required counseling hours for their internships. In 2024, UTRGV adopted the program and renamed it OTRC. If you wish to apply for services through OTRC, go to its website and complete a Client Application.
